Bespoke Expeditions

Multi-day, planned end to end, designed around your group and your dates.

Mighty 5, Grand Circle, and the multi-day arcs in between.

Bespoke is our multi-day tier. The trips where we handle every piece, from the first itinerary sketch through the final airport drop.

Our half-day and full-day tours are already custom and private. Bespoke extends that same approach across three, five, or ten days, so the trip has room to breathe and the itinerary has room to change when the weather or the light tells us something better is on offer that morning.

A five-day Mighty 5 arc. A Capitol Reef to Zion run down Scenic Byway 12. A full Grand Circle loop that threads Arches, Canyonlands, Monument Valley, the North Rim, and Bryce. Most of our bespoke groups are two to six guests. We have run larger. We can scope what yours needs.

One vehicle. One guide for the duration. One point of contact from the first email through the last morning of the trip.

The SST Bespoke Experience

Four things we hold for you across the entire trip.

Luxury Transport

Our primary vehicle is a Mercedes Sprinter converted to captain's chairs, with a center aisle, overhead bins, individual charging, and a mini-fridge stocked daily. Large windows. Smooth ride. Room to spread out on the longer driving days without anyone feeling packed in.

Unlimited Touring and Flexibility

The daily rate covers the vehicle and guide for the full day. A surprise sunset run is included. So is the dinner drop-off and the pickup afterward. So is the extra hour at Mesa Arch because the light is doing something. Flexibility is the actual product.

Everything Along the Way

Gourmet field picnics at the right overlook. Premium snacks and cold drinks in the fridge. Breakfast handled by request. Restaurant reservations booked. Permits pulled. Logistics sorted before you think to ask.

A Guide Who Knows the Arc

The same guide from Day One through the final drop. Trained naturalist. Wilderness First Responder certified. Loves sharing this place. That continuity across a multi-day trip is the single biggest thing separating a bespoke week from a string of daily tours.

A Recent Expedition

Five days, Capitol Reef to Zion.

Returning guests bringing family in from overseas. Five days, end to end. We built the route around what they most wanted to show their relatives, adjusted around weather and light, and delivered every piece of it ourselves.

Day 1. Arrival and the Waterpocket Fold. We met the group in Torrey and spent the afternoon inside Capitol Reef. Geologic ripples, fruit orchards, petroglyphs, and a quiet overlook most day-trippers miss. A soft landing after the travel day.

Day 2. Hoodoos and Hidden Canyons. A full day in a nearby valley of alien rock formations, with an option to walk into accessible, non-technical slot canyons. High adventure, low difficulty. Lunch at a viewpoint that has never been on any map we handed anyone.

Day 3. The All-American Road. Scenic Byway 12 through alpine forests at 9,000 feet, then the descent into Bryce Canyon's amphitheaters. Often cited as one of the most beautiful drives in the world. Done without anyone watching the clock.

Day 4. The Sanctuary of Zion. A full day inside the park, tailored by the group's mood that morning. Riverside walk for part of the day, a higher vantage point for the rest. Timed to stay ahead of the shuttle crowds.

Day 5. Morning vistas and departure. A relaxed morning in the shadow of the canyon walls, breakfast at the spot we had been waiting to show them, and a seamless transfer for departure.

Throughout the week, we built in stops on public lands between the parks. Those breaks kept the drives fresh, and they are usually where the strongest photos of the trip end up being taken.

How It Comes Together

How a bespoke trip actually gets built.

The first conversation. Email or a phone call. Dates, group size, anything you already know you want to see, anything you are on the fence about. We listen more than we pitch.

A draft itinerary. We send a plain-English day-by-day with two or three alternates on the days that have real forks in the road. Spring weather on the high plateau, for example, is a different trip than late summer.

Lodging recommendations keyed to your style and budget. We know the properties worth the price, and the ones that are not. You book directly so you keep your rewards points and the relationship with the property.

A pre-trip document about a week out. Packing notes for the specific weather window. Meeting time. Phone numbers that matter. The practical stuff you would want a local to hand you.

The trip itself. One guide, one vehicle, one itinerary that is still allowed to bend when something better comes up.

A digital photo album afterward, so you can pay attention to the people you are with instead of the camera.

Pricing

A day rate, then anything you want added.

Our bespoke day rate covers the vehicle, the guide, the food and drinks, and most of the logistics. Park fees, lodging, and anything with a ticket at the door sit outside of it so you can see them for what they are. Specifics live on the pricing page.
